Ottimo acquisto! Il prodotto vale il prezzo, alla fine se si pensa che è un prodotto che tieni tutta la vita non è poi così caro! Noi abbiamo preso anche il kit per bebè e la bambina apprezza molto il poter stare su una sdraietta ma a livello del tavolo come i grandi, a differenza delle classiche che vanno messe per terra!

Esperienza non piacevole, dò due stelle solo per la velocità della consegna. Il prodotto è arrivato dentro uno scatolone con all' interno le due scatole (una del new born set e l' altra della sedia evolutiva, senza alcun materiale protettivo o che potesse evitare che urtassero una contro l' altra (carta o polistirolo). All' apertura dello scatolone noto subito che le scatole sono ammaccate e una visibilmente rotta, quella della sedia evolutiva, dal che ne deduco che durante il trasporto hanno preso dei bei colpi. Provo comunque a cercare di montare la sedia seguendo le istruzioni riportate e una volta che sono quasi alla fine dell' opera guardando bene il legno delle due asticelle dello schienale noto dei graffi e delle ammaccature, controllo meglio e ne trovo altre un po' in tutto il legno. Cosa ancora peggiore, la seduta e il poggiapiedi non scorrono nemmeno tenendo allentate le viti come indicato, insomma, la sedia è inutilizzabile, probabilmente danneggiata dai colpi. Chiaramente visto il prezzo elevato e non ritenendo di dovermi tenere un prodotto ammaccato e inutilizzabile ho chieso il reso, ma mi chiedo come sia possibile che un prodotto così caro di cui ovviamente non discuto la qualità, possa esser trattato in questo modo. Occorrerebbe quantomeno ridarguire i corrieri su come comportarsi con articoli così delicati.
